Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from £'s to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. UK Customers may also pay by Cheque made out to Sulis Silks Ltd, Postal Order or Cash (sent registered post). You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or this website.

We reserve the right to decline any order.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing for standard delivery within the UK is £3 per order, within Europe £5 per order, and outside of Europe £10.00 per order. UK postage is Royal Mail first class and international postage is standard airmail.

Special Delivery is available in the UK at £8 per order and guarantees delivery on the next working day after your order is shipped. Courier service is available for international order at £3 per order.
Delivery Schedule
Despatch is normally with 1-2 working days, but at busy times this can stretch to 2 weeks, occasionally there is a delay in supply of a specific item. You will be notified of any problems by return, and known problems are posted on the latest Information page.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, The price inclusive of VAT (value added tax) is charged. All other orders are VAT free, the VAT being deducted at checkout.
Credit Card Security
This website is designed using Sellerdeck software and is hosted on Sellerdeck's own servers. The website is fully integrated with Sage Pay, to handle credit and debit card payments securely. Sage Pay is approved by all major UK aquiring banks to handle secure credit card transactions. We are making use of 3Dsecure and Securecode via Sage Pay.

All information given to Sulis Silks Ltd is normally treated as private and confidential and is not relased to third parties. However in cases where we believe we have been defrauded or an attempt is being made to defraud us of goods, or if the Police request, then any information we have relating to the relevant order or person will be used how we see fit.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods for exchange or refund, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. If you require a longer period, please contact us and we can advise accordingly when we know the details. At Christmas we are very busy, and to encourage early ordering orders received in October, November or December can be returned up to January 14th the following year (to be received at Sulis Silks Ltd by the end of January). The goods must be unworn, unmarked, and protected by the original wrapping. The cost of the return is borne by the person returning the goods. The goods are the responsibility of the person returning them until safely received at Sulis Silks Ltd. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. Returns are given the same priority as orders, and are dealt with promptly. If your exchange requires an additional payment, please note we do not keep your full credit card details, so you will need to include them with your instructions.
