Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for those details that we need to be able to fulfill the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. UK Customers may also pay by Cheque made out to Sulis Silks Ltd, Postal Order or Cash (sent registered post). You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or via this website.
Postage & Packing
We charge a flat rate of £2.50 for the UK, £3.50 for Europe and £8.50 for the Rest of World.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours subject to stock availability. If we need to make an item for you, despatch is normally within 1-2 days but this can stretch to 10-14 days at busy times such as Christmas. We will notify you of any anticipated delays, current despatch information is also available on our Latest News page.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all UK orders and Airmail for overseas orders.
Tax Charges
For orders despatched to the UK or the European Union, the price charged is inclusive of VAT. Orders being despatched out side of the European Union are VAT free, the VAT being deducted at checkout.
Credit Card Security
This website is designed using Actinic software and is hosted on Actinc's own servers. The website is fully integrated with Protx, to handle credit and debit card payments securely. Protx is approved by all major UK aquiring banks to handle secure credit card transactions. We are making use of 3Dsecure and Securecode via Protx. We do not see your credit card details when you order via this website.
Returns
If you are not happy with anything from your order, just return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. You will need to pay the postage required to return the package. Don't forget to include a note giving instructions on what you require. We do not have your credit card details so if you want to exchange for something more expensive, you will need to supply them with the return. We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting (free from the Post office) for your peace of mind when returning parcels to us. Post Returns to:
